`APPEARANCE
At least two well-developed, detailed paragraphs explaining the appearance of your character.
Best Feature: Well, I really like my hair. It's really easy to deal with and has natural volume. Besides washing and drying, my hair is naturally-as my boyfriend would call it-beautiful. Worst Feature: It would have to be my cheekbones. They are kind of high and it makes me look a year older than I am! I wish I could stay seventeen, but people say I look like I'm eighteen. *sighs* If my cheek bones were a little lower, I would be happy.
`PERSONALITY
Alyss Harte. As the name would suggest, Alyss is the sweet and innocent type. Completely ignorant to the world around her, Alyss cannot see beyond the flimsy facade of anyone, even her boyfriend. Alyss cannot see anything that would make her doubt his love for her, so she never ventures deep. Not like she could. Alyss is too ignorant. It takes her many a day or two for news to finally sink in her her thick head. Alyson is really dating Finn? Yes, that took many a few days for Alyss to actually realize that her friend was really in "love" with 'The Builder'.
If you get past the ignorance and naivety of her nature, most people would see the Alyss is very energetic and happy almost all of the time. Because of her complete lack of sight, Alyss can't see the drama unfolding around, which would make most worry, right? No, for Alyss she doesn't have to worry. Most of the adults worry about her finding a job because she needs to have a cold splash of water, but Alyss is just as ignorant. Because of this, she is always happy and never falters to speak her true feelings, which are not bad at all. In all, Alyss is always trying to cheer people up even though she can never understand why they are sad.
There has to be some sort of actual good omniscient attitude about Alyss Harte, right? Well, I guess if you call her "innocence" good and mature attitude, then Alyss does. That's right, this little girl, the "Baby", has an appropriate nickname. The "Big 'V'" is still a haunting, flashing icon branded onto her forehead. Alyss has never put much thought into loosing it--when does she put a lot of though into something?--and she really doesn't plan to. Until, of course, her boyfriend 'The Bigot' finally gets what he wants--to ruin her perfect Holy innocence. And--no duh--it will be too late by the time Alyss finds out. And by then, she will most likely have lost it. Who knows? It all determines on how desperate her boyfriend is...and how ignorant and naive Alyss is. Which is a lot.

The thing is, your friend also applied at the same place, and didn't seem to get the same happy news. While you're thrilled for yourself, at the same time you must be feeling bad for your friend.
