RULES. Simple, five steps to follow that is all you need to know to getting along here at Where We Began.
001.RESPECT . You will respect everyone. This includes admins, fellow members and yourself. Please treat everyone with kindness and compassion, even if you don’t like someone. At least be civil. If you have an issue with anyone (including an admin) please feel free to contact an admin with this issue. Also, have respect for other people’s work. Don’t steal from this site or use stolen content on this site.
002.LITERACY. This site is an advanced site, so you will use your literacy skills. We do not expect perfection but we do except your posts to make sense, and have proper capitals and grammar. For all in character threads (this does not include communication threads) you must use capitals and your posts must not be any shorter then 350 words
003.APPLICATIONS. Please follow the application process and the application form. It makes everyone’s life much easier when we don’t have to correct the millions of things you’ve not done. Also, don’t be too diss-heartened if we pend your application. This just means there are a few things we’d like you to look at. It doesn’t mean we hate you or think you are a bad role-player.
004.CHARACTERS. Please keep your characters realistic for the setting. No one is perfect, and not everyone has pasts so full of drama it’s a wonder they are still alive. Try to be realistic and find a happy medium between the two. And remember, make your characters three-dimensional. Everyone has good and bad aspects.
005.ACTIVITY. We don’t expect you to devote your whole life to this site at all, but you do need to devote us some time. Signing into your accounts as regularly as possible is a good thing, because it lets everyone know that even if you haven’t been able to post, you are still around. Please don’t over-subscribe yourself to threads and characters. You know what you have time for, so keep that in mind.
006. GRAPHICS. Avatars need to be no bigger than 100x100 and signatures cannot exceed 450 in width. Height is not set, but generally around 400 is tall enough.
